Completed in March 1986, Le Boulevard is a joint retail and commercial development consisting of 22 retail outlets, one restaurant and 800sqm of commercial office space.
The development incorporated a statue of Sir Bruce Small
– a tribute to the past Mayor who was famous for inspiring Gold Coast growth and raising international awareness of the city.
Construction time for this project was 30 weeks.
