Raptis has changed the Gold Coast skyline for more than 40 years, and have built some of the Gold Coast’s most significant architectural landmarks. Raptis has helped pioneer the development of integrated residential, resort, retail and commercial projects.

The group created more mixed-use developments than any other company on the Gold Coast. Properties such as St. Tropez, Monte Carlo, Le Boulevard and The Forum added to the heart of the Surfers Paradise in the early - mid 80s.

During the 1990's and 2000's, Raptis developed a string of high rises, bringing the total number of Gold Coast tower projects to more than 40. Even despite the quantity of developments, Raptis has been awarded many accolades to their quality of craftsmanship.
